Robert Glöckner (born August 9, 1996 ) is a German basketball player on the position of the great winger ( power forward ). He was part of the Bundesliga team Alba Berlin until 2018 and played with a double license for SSV Lok Bernau .

Player career

Glöckner started playing basketball at the age of seven in the youth of Alba Berlin . In the 2012/13 season he was for the first time in the squad of the second men's team of the capital club in the first regional league. In 2014 he won the German U19 championship with Alba. In the 2015/16 season he played three short appearances in the basketball Bundesliga for the Berlin team, in February 2016 he signed a professional contract until 2018. For the 2016/17 season he received a double license for SSV Lok Bernau to play in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB to gain further experience. Glöckner played in Bernau until 2018.

National team

Glöckner played international matches for the German national team in the U16 age group.
