Robert Hein

Robert Hein (born November 21, 1895 in Rottenschachen , Lower Austria ; † December 8, 1981 ) was an Austrian politician ( SDAP ) and teacher. Hein was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1932 to 1934 .

After completing elementary and community school, Hein attended the teacher training institute and began teaching in 1914. He worked as a subject teacher in Klosterneuburg. Between 1927 and 1934 Hein was active as a teacher representative at the state school board, and he also represented the Social Democratic Workers' Party between May 21, 1932 and February 16, 1934. As a result of the Austrian civil war and the ban on the SDAP, Hein was arrested in 1934 and forced into retirement at the end of July . After Hein was arrested again in 1944, he was accepted back into the school service in 1945 and in 1946 was awarded the title of "Hauptschuldirektor". In 1963 he was also given the professional title of professor .
