Robert Juza

Robert Juza (born December 8, 1904 in Sankt Joachimsthal , † June 9, 1996 in Kiel ) was a German chemist and university professor.

Life

Juza studied chemistry from 1924 to 1928 at the German Technical University in Prague and at the Technical University in Hanover , where he received a position as an assistant in 1927. In 1928 he was awarded a doctorate at the Prague Technical University. rer. nat. PhD. In 1934 he moved to the Technical University in Danzig as an assistant , where he was given a teaching position for analytical and special inorganic chemistry. In 1936 the habilitation followed. In 1937 he became a lecturer, in 1942 an associate professor at the University of Heidelberg , and in 1952 a full professor for inorganic and analytical chemistry at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . In 1971 he retired.
