Athletic career

Robert Kempter grew up in Krumbach, a suburb of the Sauldorf community . On August 18, 2006, he led his first game in the Baden-Württemberg football league . This was followed by a game in the Regionalliga Süd on August 11, 2007 and on August 23, 2008 with the encounter between VfR Aalen and Rot-Weiß Erfurt, a game in the 3rd soccer league .

On September 12, 2008, at the age of just 20, he was in charge of the second division game Alemannia Aachen against FC Ingolstadt 04 .
