Robert Linzeler (born March 7, 1872 in Paris , † January 25, 1941 there ) was a French sailor .

successes

Robert Linzeler took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris , where he competed in three competitions. As a crew member of the yacht Quand-Même, he failed to cross the finish line in the joint race, but came in second in the first and second races in the boat class 0 to 0.5 tons . In the first race they were by Pierre Gervais ' Baby beaten in the second race which was Fantlet of Émile Sacré faster. The crew of the Quand-Même , whose skipper was called Texier , included another sailor named Texier and Jean-Baptiste Charcot .
