Robert Barclay Pow (born July 7, 1883 in Emerson , Manitoba , † April 25, 1958 in Fort William , Ontario ) was a Canadian curler , Olympic champion and politician.

Pow played second on the Canadian Manitoba team in the III. 1932 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid in curling. The team won the Olympic gold medal. Since curling was still a demonstration sport at the time, the medal has no official status. In 2004, the 1932 WH Burns Curling Team, of which Pow was a member, was inducted into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame.

From 1933 to 1936 he was mayor of Fort William, Ontario . From 1929 to 1932 and 1937 to 1940 he was councilor there.
