Robert Reichert (born December 28, 1967 ) is a former German soccer player.

The midfielder Reichert joined Rot-Weiss Essen in 1992 . In the first season, the club rose directly to the 2nd Bundesliga . In the following season Rot-Weiss Essen got the license revoked, whereupon he moved to SC Paderborn 07 in the Regionalliga Südwest (third highest division) in the summer of 1994 . In the summer of 1995 he moved to FC Gütersloh , where he ended his professional career in 2000.

His greatest sporting success was reaching the DFB Cup final in 1993/94 with Rot-Weiss Essen. He played the final against Werder Bremen over the full distance (final result: 3: 1 for Bremen).

In his career as an active soccer player, he played 25 times in the 2nd Bundesliga (no goal).

Until the end of the 2012/13 season, Reichert was a coach with Sportfreunde Königshardt in the district league in Oberhausen . Reichert also plays in the traditional Rot-Weiss Essen team.
