Robert Schleich (born July 13, 1845 in Munich ; † October 14, 1934 there ) was a German landscape painter, son of the engraver Adrian Schleich (1812-1894) and grandson of the engraver Johann Karl Schleich (1759-1842).

Robert Schleich studied since November 20, 1873 at the Royal Academy of Arts in Munich with Wilhelm von Diez .

He was influenced by Eduard Schleich the Elder (1812–1874).

He was elected an honorary member of the Munich Academy and appointed professor. Robert Schleich was a member of the Reich Association of German Artists and the Munich Artists' Cooperative ,

He painted almost exclusively landscapes, which often depicted the hay harvest.
