Robert Artur Winnicki (born July 18, 1985 in Skrzydlice in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship ) is a Polish politician.

After graduating from high school in Lubań , he studied political science at the University of Wroclaw . He interrupted his studies several times and never finished it.

He applied unsuccessfully in the 2007 Sejm elections from the list of the League of Polish Families . From March 14, 2009 to April 13, 2013 he was the chairman of the All-Polish Youth , later becoming its honorary chairman.

Since December 10, 2014 he has been chairman of the newly formed national movement and re-elected to the same post on June 13, 2015. He applied unsuccessfully in the 2014 European elections .

In the 2015 parliamentary elections, he applied from the list of the Kukiz'15 movement in the Liegnitz constituency and received 11,802 votes. In the 8th legislative period of the Sejm, he became a member of the Kukiz'15 party, and since April 2016 he has been an independent member of parliament. In 2019 he was re-elected to the Sejm, this time for the Konfederacja Wolność i Niepodległość .
