Roberto Larraz (born August 20, 1898 in Buenos Aires , † November 27, 1978 ibid) was an Argentine fencer .
successes
Roberto Larraz took part in four Olympic Games . In 1924 in Paris he finished fifth in the foil singles, with the team he missed the final round. At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he took part in the team competition of foil fencing. He reached the final round with the Argentine team, which also included Carmelo Camet , Raúl Anganuzzi and the brothers Héctor and Luis Lucchetti , which was bronze before Belgium and behind Italy and France . Four years later in Los Angeles he finished seventh with the foil singles, while he finished fifth with the team. At the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936 , he was eliminated with the foil in both the individual and team competition in the preliminary round. Even with the epee team, of which he was a member of the squad this time, the final round was not reached.
