Roberto Natale

Roberto Natale (born April 21, 1921 in La Spezia ; † October 10, 2012 there ) was an Italian screenwriter and poet.

Life

After a degree in sea ​​trade and a ship's master's license , Natale joined a partisan group during the end of the Second World War . After the war he made documentaries , including two excellent short films in collaboration with Glauco Pellegrini . From 1958, now in the Italian capital, he wrote screenplays for numerous films of various genres, including Mario Bava's horror film The Dead Eyes of Dr. Dracula and 1976 turned Giallo The voice of death protrude. At times he formed under the anglicized pseudonym Robert Christmas . In 1972 he presented his only directorial work, the less than successful psychological thriller Il mio corpo con rabbia .
