Roberto Rive

Roberto Rive was a photographer working in Italy from around 1860 to 1889, probably of British origin. His exact life dates are unknown.

Robert Rive worked as a landscape and portrait photographer in Naples . After a few years he Italianized his first name. He took part in the Paris World's Fair in 1867 . His studio produced topographical series on Naples, Pompei , Sorrento , Capri , Amalfi , Sicily, but also on northern and central Italian motifs.
