Roca Mac Dugall is a cliff in Trepassey Bay on the northeast side of the Tabarin Peninsula southeast of Hope Bay in northern Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula .

Argentine scientists named him. Probable namesake is Eduardo MacDougall, who was part of the crew of the Argentine corvette Uruguay on the rescue trip for the troubled Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901-1903) under Otto Nordenskjöld .
