The Rochus Chapel is in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia , Am Waldfriedhof.
The chapel was built at the end of the 19th century and entered into the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under No. 083 on December 17, 1985 .

The single-nave path chapel with a three-sided choir closure has neo-Gothic decorative shapes and a pointed arch niche. It is made of brick .
