The Rockhopper Creek ( English for Rockhopper penguin Bach ) is a glacial stream on the island Heard in the southern Indian Ocean . It flows from the Stephenson Glacier in a northeast direction along the cliffs east of Scarlet Hill and flows into the sea at Skua Beach .

It is named after the rockhopper penguins that breed in the neighborhood .
