Rocking Records is a German ska - and Reggae - label .
history
Rocking Records was founded in Bamberg in 2011. In a relatively short period of time, numerous publications followed, both by European newcomers and internationally known bands from the reggae and ska genres.
Distribution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is handled by Broken Silence . In addition to sound carrier releases, the label is also active in the area of band booking under the name Rocking Steady Music and publishes its own genre-oriented fanzine , Rocking Steady .
Rocking Records has been running the Jamaican Jazz Records sub-label since 2012 .
