Rockinger was founded in 1875 by master blacksmith Johann Rockinger and became known worldwide for its trailer hitches from 1927 onwards .

Company history

Johann Rockinger's forge at the time had mainly worked in the up-and-coming wagon construction. In 1927 she developed the "safety coupling for truck trains", the first fully automatic trailer coupling. Since then, Rockinger has made significant improvements in the technology of trailer hitches in the commercial vehicle sector.
