Sledding road

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A toboggan road ( Schlittelstrasse in Swiss High German ) is a street that is closed to through traffic when there is enough snow and the winter service has been or will be suspended to enable children to go sledding . This does not mean toboggan roads that are not (necessarily) used as such, but are simply called that ("toboggan road").
