Rodio de Valle Delgado is a village in northwest Argentina . It belongs to the Department of Iruya in the province of Salta and is located about 3 km northeast of Chiyayoc and 5 km south of Rodeo Colorado .
The place consists of about 20 houses. The village has a church and a school called Yapeyú, cuna del General San Martín (roughly: " Yapeyú , cradle of General San Martín ") with about 70 students.
Rodio de Valle Delgado is accessible via footpaths from Chiyayoc and Rodeo Colorado . Telephoning with cell phones is not possible.
