Rodney's Underground Press
Rodneys Underground Press (RUP) is a publishing house that has been based in Dortmund since 2013 .
Originally the publishing house was founded in 1992 in Bochum by Roland Adelmann to distribute the emerging social beat scene and kept this function until 2013. Due to the increasing competition and the publisher's own book shops, the pure sales of books became unprofitable. Since then, RUP has focused on the publications of well-known underground authors such as Urs Böke, Hermann Borgerding, Kersten Flenter , Jan Off , Markus Prem and Helmut Schida as well as less well-known German-speaking underground authors. In addition, the literary magazine MAULhURE and the literary magazine Presswurst are published at irregular intervals , in which the current social beat and underground scene is published.
