Roger Fessaguet
Roger Fessaguet (born August 4, 1931 in Villefranche-sur-Saône , France , † April 2, 2014 in Damariscotta , Maine , United States ) was a French-American chef . He became known for his La Caravelle restaurant in Manhattan (West 55th Street, near Fifth Avenue ) in the 1960s and 1970s.
