Roland Pieper

Roland Pieper (* 1961 in Lippstadt ) is a German art historian , science writer and science photographer.

Life

Roland Pieper studied art history, medieval history and musicology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster . There he obtained his doctorate in 1991. phil. with a study on "The churches of the mendicant orders in Westphalia in the 13th and 14th centuries".

After working at the Office for Monument Preservation in Münster, at the Minden Cathedral and at Dalheim Monastery, freelance science journalist and photographer in Münster.
