Rolf Anselm
Rolf Anselm (born April 27, 1942 ) is a civil engineer and was a professor at the University of Bremen .
Live and act
Rolf Anselm studied civil engineering at the Oldenburg University of Applied Sciences and the Hanover University of Technology . In Hanover he became a member of the Corps Ostfalia Hanover . In 1976 he received his doctorate from the Technical University of Hanover on the subject of "Analysis of the expansion process, damage and maintenance costs of waters". He then started at IngenieurDienst-Nord GmbH (IDN) in Oyten near Bremen and was appointed to the management in 1979.
The Bremen University of Applied Sciences appointed him professor in 1994 and he had lectureships at the University of Hanover and the Suderburg University of Applied Sciences as well as at the Bremen University of Applied Sciences in the field of "natural water management".
