Rolf Balgo (born February 3, 1958 in Düsseldorf ) is Professor of Curative Education - Inclusive Education and Support 'at the University of Hanover .

Rolf Balgo received his doctorate in 1997 from the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at the University of Dortmund . He was awarded the dissertation prize of the University of Dortmund for his work 'Movement and Perception as a System - Systemic-Constructivist Positions in Psychomotorics'.
