Rolf Best
Rolf Best (born July 12, 1906 in Essen , † 1981 in Saarbrücken ) was a German lawyer .
Career
After graduating from high school in Saarbrücken, Best studied law at the universities of Munich and Bonn . In 1934 he received his doctorate from the law faculty of the University of Erlangen .
From 1957 he was head of the Saarland State Chancellery and later President of the Saarland Higher Regional Court . From 1966 to 1971 he was President of the Constitutional Court of Saarland .
