Rolf Hüper

Rolf Hüper (* 1947 ) is a German lawyer and university professor .

Life

Hüper studied law and social science at the Universities of Bochum and Göttingen . He passed his second state examination in law in 1977. The doctorate followed in 1984.

In 1992, Hüper succeeded Arno Jaudzims as rector of the Hanover University of Applied Sciences (FHH, now Hanover University ). He held this post until 1994, after which he was Vice President until 1996. He taught information law until his retirement in 2012 and held the post of Dean of Faculty III - Media, Information and Design. Even in retirement, he worked at the university, including as chairman of the Association for International Relations of the University of Hanover eV (VIB).
