Rolf silver

Rolf Silber (born August 2, 1953 in Seligenstadt ) is a German director and screenwriter.

Life

From 1976 to 1980 he studied at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB). Since then he has been writing scripts, making television films, series and feature films and is a writer of novels. Main focus of work: comedy, crime, fantasy.

In 1997 he had a brain hemorrhage, which he dealt with in the TV movie Through This Night .

His motto is: "Film is continuous reporting on reality using the means of dreams". He lives and works as a freelancer in Frankfurt am Main and is co-founder and co-owner of U5 film production and co-founder and owner of FFP production until 1990.
