Kate Grayson, heiress to a great fortune, runs a restaurant. She's trying to cope with her father's recent death.
Kate hits homeless man Gil Draper. She takes him into her house. Kate and Gil become friends.
Kate's husband, Ben, a police officer, becomes jealous. He watches Gil and finds out that Gil has bad intentions.
