Roman Mõtlik (born May 12, jul. / 25. May  1911 greg. , † unknown) was an Estonian footballer .

Career

Roman Mõtlik played in his club career, which lasted from 1932 to 1936, at VVS Puhkekodu Tallinn . In the 1932 season he was runner- up with the team behind the SK Tallinna Sport . In the seasons 1934 and 1935 he was the top scorer of his team with six and five goals.

In 1932, Mõtlik played four times for the Estonian national soccer team . He made his debut on August 6, 1932 against Lithuania in Kaunas . In the same year Mõtlik completed three more international matches, two of them during the Baltic Cup . At this tournament he scored his only goal in the national jersey in the 1: 2 defeat against Lithuania.
