The Baltic Cup 1932 was the 5th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . The tournament for national football teams took place in Latvia between August 28 and 30, 1932 . The games were played in the Jaunekju Kristīgā Savienība Stadium in Riga . The Latvian national football team won the title for the second time after the Estonian national team in 1929 and 1931 as the second of the three Baltic countries. The Swedish referee Sven Klang directed the three international matches. With 2 goals Alberts Šeibelis was won by theRigas Vanderer top scorer.
