The Baltic Cup 1954 was the 16th staging of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . For the first time in the history of the tournament, it was not played in one of the three Baltic states , but in Belarus . The tournament for national soccer teams took place between September 22nd and 27th, 1954. The games were held in Minsk . The Latvian national football team won their 7th title.
