The Baltic Cup 2003 was the 40th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . The tournament for national football teams took place in Estonia between July 3rd and 5th, 2003 . The games were played in the Valga Linnastaadion in Valga and in the Lilleküla stadium in Tallinn . The Latvian national football team won the 19th title. The three international matches were led by the two Swedish referees Martin Ingvarsson (2 games) and Peter Fröjdfeldt (1 game).
