Urmas Rooba (born July 8, 1978 in Roosna-Alliku ) is an Estonian football player . His brother Meelis Rooba is also a professional footballer.

Rooba began playing football in his youth for the clubs FC Lelle and SK Lelle, before he was discovered by Tervis Pärnu and was used there in the youth teams. In 1995 he made his debut in the Meistriliiga for Tervis Pärnu. From there he went to FC Flora Tallinn just one season later, where he became a regular straight away. Later trips to Denmark and Finland followed. In the Estonian national team he played a total of 72 games from 1996 to 2008, scoring two goals.
