The Baltic Cup 1949 was the 13th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . The tournament for national football teams took place in Lithuania between October 23 and 25, 1949 . The games were held in Vilnius . The Lithuanian national soccer team won their 4th title and successfully defended last year's victory in 1948 .
