The Baltic Cup 1976 was the 30th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries . The tournament for national football teams took place in Estonia between July 18 and 19, 1976 , and the games were played in Narva . The Latvian national football team won their 15th title. It was the last edition of the Baltic Cup during the existence of the Soviet Union . The competition that was played after the annexation by the Red Army in World War II from 1948 among the Baltic states (as well as Belarus) , which were now part of the Union Republics , was to be continued for the first time in 1991 after the Singing Revolution .
