The Baltic Cup 1971 was the 25th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . The tournament for national football teams took place in Latvia between July 23 and 25, 1971 . The games were held in Riga . The Lithuanian national soccer team won their 8th title.
