The Baltic Cup 1929 was the 2nd staging of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . The tournament for national soccer teams took place in Latvia between August 14 and 16, 1929 . The games were played in the Latvijas Sporta Biedrība Stadium in Riga . The Estonian national soccer team won the title. The German referee and later President of the German Football Association Peco Bauwens directed the three international matches.
