Vladimir Svistuņenko (born September 6th July / September 19,  1903 greg.May 26, 1982 ) was a Latvian football player .

Career

Vladimir Svistuņenko played in his club career from 1924 to 1932 exclusively in Riga. From 1924 to 1925 he played for YMCA Riga (Young Men's Christian Association) and JKS Riga (Jaunekju Kristīgā Savienība; German: Junge Christian Vereinigung). Then he was active at LSB Riga and the Riga FK . Between 1929 and 1932 he played for Rigas Vanderer .

In June 1924 Svistuņenko made his debut in the Latvian national team in an international match against Turkey which was lost 3-1. With the Latvian national selection, he took part in the Baltic Cup in 1928 and 1929 . In 1928 he won the title with the team.
