Benícia Eriana Ximenes dos Reis Magno is an East Timorese civil servant and human rights activist.

Since February 28, 2019, Magno has been the deputy ombudswoman for human rights of the Provedoria dos Direitos Humanos e Justiça (PDHJ, German ombudsman for human rights and law ). The PDHJ is the country's national human rights institution and is enshrined in the constitution as an independent organization. Magno follows Horácio de Almeida in office.
