The Baltic Cup 2005 for national soccer teams took place on May 21, 2005 in Lithuania . It was the 41st staging of the Baltic countries tournament since it was first staged in 1928 .
This year the Estonian national football team did not take part in the tournament, so the competition was played with a final between Lithuania and Latvia . The Lithuanian national team won it 2-0 with two goals from Igoris Morinas .
