The Baltic Cup 1960 was the 20th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries , the Baltic Cup . The tournament for national football teams took place in Estonia between July 29 and 31, 1960 . The games were played in Pärnu . All three teams drew against each other at the 1960 event, so that after a tie, all three teams were declared winners.
