The Baltic Cup 1936 was the 8th edition of the tournament of the Baltic countries . The tournament for national football teams took place in Latvia between August 29 and 31, 1936 . The games were played in the Jaunekju Kristīgā Savienība Stadium in Riga . The Latvian national soccer team won the title and provided Alberts Šeibelis as the tournament's top scorer. As in 1935, the Swedish referee Rudolf Eklöw directed the three international matches.
