Roman Vasyanov

Roman Vasyanov , Russian Роман Васьянов , transcribed Roman Wasjanow (born October 24, 1980 in Moscow ) is a Russian cameraman .

Life

Roman Vasyanov's father was a photographer for The USSR magazine, published in the United States .

At the age of 12 Vasyanov began his first camera work. Later he worked mainly on the production of commercials. He did camera work for more than 300 commercials for brands such as Philips, Puma, Budweiser, Dell and Pepsi.

In 2012 he took over the camera in David Ayer's police thriller End of Watch , which earned him a nomination at the Independent Spirit Awards 2013 for Best Cinematography . After that, Vasyanov was responsible for the camera work in the films The Motel Life and The East .
