Roman Wladimirowitsch Gerus ( Russian Роман Владимирович Герус ; born February 14, 1980 in Tichorezk ) is a Russian football goalkeeper .

Career

Roman Gerus began his professional career in January 2001 at Chernomorets Novorossiysk , where he did not play any professional games. In 2004 he moved to Lutsch-Energija Vladivostok , from where he was loaned to Saturn Ramenskoye in July 2004 . In January 2005 he came back to Lutsch-Energija Vladivostok and stayed there until the end of the 2006 season. In January 2007 he finally came to FK Rostov and completed a total of 25 games for FK Rostov in the Premjer league in the 2007 season . Despite the 16th place in the table and the associated relegation, he stayed as a goalkeeper with the club and played with this in 2008 in the 1st division. In 2010 he moved to the Kazakh club Lokomotive Astana , with which he was able to win the Kazakh Cup. In 2011 the goalkeeper returned to Russia for the second division team Dynamo Brjansk , which he left for Amkar Perm in January 2012 . In the summer of 2016 he was signed by the Premier League promoted Arsenal Tula .
