Ron Keel

Ron Keel (* 1961 ) is an American heavy rock singer. He was a founding member of the US band Steeler around the Swedish guitarist Yngwie J. Malmsteen .

He celebrated his greatest successes in the 1980s with his glam metal band Keel , which he named after him and which he founded after the breakup of Steeler in 1984. On the Keel album The Final Frontier , which was produced by Kiss (band) bassist Gene Simmons , several well-known American rock musicians such as Joan Jett and Gregg Giuffria (keyboard) are represented as guest musicians. The first record Lay Down The Law by Keel, which is now considered a rarity, was produced by American guitarist sponsor Mike Varney .
