Ron Māsak (born July 1, 1936 in Chicago , Illinois ) is an American actor .

Life

Ron Māsak studied acting at Chicago City College and the Drama Guild . In 1954 he made his stage debut. As a result, he played in countless plays, but also in 35 films. As a guest star, he appeared in television series about 350 times. He also appeared in commercials . His best-known role is that of Sheriff Mort Metzger in the crime series Murder is Her Hobby .

His father was a salesman and a musician. Māsak is married with six children and six grandchildren. He lives in California with his wife Kay .
