Jay Rosen (journalist)
Jay Rosen (born May 5, 1956 in Buffalo ) is an American researcher and journalist. He is Professor of Journalism at New York University , where he is particularly concerned with issues of citizen journalism . Rosen writes for The New York Times , Salon.com , Harper's Magazine, and The Nation .
Rosen's blog PressThink won the 2005 Reporters Without Borders Blog Award . Since 2009 he has been running the podcast Rebooting the News with Dave Winer , which deals with technology and innovation in journalism.
