Rosa Elisabeth Maria Domm (born October 12, 1998 in Bielefeld ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ) and a member of the Hamburg parliament during the 22nd electoral term .

Life

Domm grew up in Bielefeld and graduated from the Friedrich-von-Bodelschwingh Gymnasium in 2016 . She was a member of the youth jury of the Sehsuchten Film Festival 2016. She then worked on her own film projects and as a second assistant director and script / continuity in Berlin and Munich, a. a. with Student Academy Award winner Alex Schaad and poetry slammer Fee . In 2017 she began studying psychology at the University of Hamburg. She is a scholarship holder of the Heinrich Böll Foundation . Domm lives in Hamburg-Eilbek .

Domm joined the Green Youth and Alliance 90 / The Greens after the 2017 federal elections . She was elected to the state board of the Green Youth Hamburg in December 2017 and represented the state association from 2018 to 2019 as spokeswoman. Domm is committed to consistent climate protection and an immediate change in mobility. From January 2019 to January 2020, along with Gerrit Fuß, she was the spokesperson for the regional working group on mobility and transport of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen Hamburg . In 2019 she was elected together with Ivy May Müller as the top candidate of the Green Youth Hamburg for the 22nd Hamburg state election . In October 2019, Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen Hamburg-Wandsbek set her up as a constituency candidate in the Wandsbek constituency .

Rosa Domm was elected to the Hamburg parliament on February 23, 2020 at the age of 21 as the youngest member of the 22nd electoral term. She obtained one of the four direct mandates in the constituency of Wandsbek and, with 31st place, received the eighth most votes on the state list of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen Hamburg .
