Rosa Fernández
Rosa Fernández (born October 7, 1957 ) is a former Cuban shot putter .
At the Athletics Central American and Caribbean Championships, she won silver in 1975, gold in 1979 and silver again in 1981. In 1982 she won silver at the Central American and Caribbean Games .
At the Pan American Games in Caracas in 1983 , she was stripped of the silver medal for doping .
In 1985 she won silver at the Central American and Caribbean Championships and was seventh at the World Athletics Cup in Canberra . The following year she won silver again at the Central American and Caribbean Games.
Her personal best of 18.51 m she set on June 13, 1983 in Tampere .
