Rosantina de Jesus Marçal (born August 13, 1963 in Holarua , Portuguese Timor ) is an East Timorese independence activist.

Marçal was a supporter of the resistance during the Indonesian occupation. In 1982 she hid Ma'huno Bulerek Karathayano , later commander of the Forças Armadas de Libertação Nacional de Timor-Leste (FALINTIL), in her home in Batarklau ( Aldeia Fahiluhan, Suco Holarua) for more than two weeks . For this, Marçal was awarded the Medal des Ordem de Timor-Leste in 2016.
